德黑兰’s Appeals Court upheld 佩德拉姆·帕齐雷（Pedram Pazireh） ’s sentence. He was sentenced earlier to seven years imprisonment and 74 lashes, was banned from leaving the country and membership in political groups for two years by the Branch 28 of the Revolutionary Court of 德黑兰 led by judge Moghiseh. According to the 文章 134 of Iran’s Islamic Penal Code, he should serve the sentence for the charge with the highest penalty which is five years. His Appeals Court was scheduled for July 2, 2019 but after he attended at the Branch 36 of the Appeals Court of 德黑兰, he was informed that the trial was 取消 .
